OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE NEW?
Wednesday 24th October | 7.30pm | £25pp

6,000 BC – the earliest evidence of wine grapes. 2018 – the latest vintage of wine production. What happened in between? We’ll be tasting a selection of wines that represent the old and the new and discovering what makes them different. Think Old World vs. New World, old vines vs. young vines and traditional winemaking vs. the modern.

Will the new win out?

– £25 per person inc. six wines, nibbles and knowledge.

– Pop-in or call us on 0161 962 6263 to reserve your place.

HALLOWINE
Wednesday 31st October | 7.30pm | £25pp

🎃 BEWARE ~ SOLD OUT 🎃

Creatures of Evil, drinking the wine of the Innocent!

Halloween falls on one of our Wednesday Wineday Tastings this year, so we couldn’t help but throw open the doors for Hallowine. Year round, there are so many bottle of wines on our shelves that celebrate the ‘dark side’ of wino life, and we’ll be sharing a spooky selection of them, including a fortified entrée treat and music from the Vampyre’s collection.

Bring your fangs.

– £25 per person inc. six wines, nibbles and knowledge.

WHAT’S LOIRE GOT TO DO WITH IT [Rescheduled]
Wednesday 7th November | 7.30pm | £25pp

[RESCHEDULED]

We swear we heard her sing ‘Loire’ not ‘Love’…

We are so used to hearing the praises of Burgundy and Bordeaux that we often forget the French gem that is the Loire Valley wine region. An epicentre of quality wine appellations, the true joy of the Loire is in the vast different types of wines it produces. If you like fresh Sauvignon Blancs, full-bodied Chenin Blancs, fruity Cabernet Francs, fizz, sweet wines… the Loire does it all (and more)!

That’s what Loire has to do with it.

– £25 per person inc. six wines, nibbles and knowledge.

– Pop-in or call us on 0161 962 6263 to reserve your place.
